Job Description

Salary: $130,000 - 170,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in information systems or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technology-related field, including systems analysis
• Proficiency in Cisco ASA and Firepower network firewalls, AnyConnect remote access VPNs, and IPSEC site-to-site tunnels
• Experience deploying Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
• Solid understanding of data networking and IP technologies, including VLAN configuration, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and packet capture analysis
• Familiarity with Cisco content security products such as ESA/CES, Umbrella, and Secure Internet Gateway (SIG)
• Experience with Cisco Secure Endpoint and multi-factor authentication solutions like Duo
• Knowledge of Cisco Secure Network Analytics and Cisco Secure Workload is advantageous
• Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE security) are a plus
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or similar are desirable
• Scripting and network automation skills are an asset

• Design, install, configure, troubleshoot, and manage security solutions
• Research, evaluate, and recommend security-related tools and emerging technologies for clients
• Collaborate with end-users to design and implement security solutions and policy recommendations
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Develop implementation plans for customer solutions
• Enhance system success likelihood, mitigate risks, and lower total lifecycle costs
• Create alternative designs to meet performance and cost objectives for clients
• Provide assistance to engineers with complex technical tasks including debugging and support for hardware modules
• Identify and resolve faults, managing complex problem tickets escalated from the help desk
• Communicate Structureds value proposition effectively through presentations, proposals, and necessary collateral
• Assist sales teams with pre-sales technical support; leverage technical expertise to identify service opportunities in security, networking, storage, virtualization, and voice
• Oversee project statuses and work assignments
• Document designs and project scopes in a clear and concise manner
• Support clients with knowledge transfer
• Contribute to service statements of work (SOW) and provide project management services as required
• Comply with policies and procedures for activity tracking in our CRM tool, Salesforce.com
