The Role: Preconstruction Manager
The Preconstruction Manager will own and facilitate the entire preconstruction process —from proposals and estimating to client coordination and project handoff. This person will serve as the bridge between estimating, business development, and operations, ensuring smooth execution and strategic pursuit of new business opportunities.
