**Job Description:** Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining a clean and safe working environment. **You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities** + Maintaining dies by welding, machining, hand air grinding, and other shop processes + Disassembly and assembly of dies while performing routine preventive maintenance + Perform emergency repairs on dies inside the press + Perform daily activities for improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost, Time, and Sustainability + Work well in a team environment + Troubleshoot die concerns to identify the root cause and implement sound countermeasures + Work with metric dimensioning + All other duties as assigned. **The TOOLS you'll bring with you:** + HS Diploma or GED + Minimum of two years of tool and die experience or die maintenance experience + Completion of a tool-and-die apprenticeship or + Associates degree from a vocational school in Machine Tool Technology + Must be proficient with machine shop tools (ex.
