Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $58,656 - $192,000 per year

Schedule Options: 

• Flexible 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• On-call opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy
• Conduct clinical assessments & intervention
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Engage in community health initiatives
• Deliver culturally competent care tailored to diverse identities & experiences

What You Need to Succeed

• Maryland Licensure (Required): LMSW, LGPC, LCPC, or LCSW-C
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong clinical, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation for community-based visits (if applicable)
