**Job Title: Assembler (Operator)** **Job Description** We're hiring Assemblers to perform mechanical assembly and manufacturing tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency. Candidates should be comfortable using hand tools, working in a fast-paced environment, handling repetitive tasks, and using RF scan guns. Mandatory shift extensions may be required. **Responsibilities** + Perform general manufacturing and mechanical assembly of parts. + Follow detailed assembly instructions and perform repetitious tasks. + Use hand tools effectively in the assembly process. + Utilize RF Scan guns to scan products during the assembly. + Assemble components such as saddlebags, handlebars, inner fairings, mirrors, and wheels/tires. + Work mandatory shift extensions as required. **Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, manufacturing, and general labor + Proficient with hand tools and RF scan guns + Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment + Prior light assembly experience preferred + Able to stand for long periods (up to 10+ hours) + Flexible and willing to be cross-trained in multiple tasks **Why Work Here?** Our company is committed to promoting from within, offering significant opportunities for career growth. The environment is fast-paced, with non-climate-controlled facilities where it can be warm in summer and cold in winter. Safety is prioritized, with safety glasses provided, and the dress code requires regular, non-offensive clothing and no open-toed shoes. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.53 - $17.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
