What You’ll Do:

• Assist with the planning and execution of charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns

• Support event logistics including setup, registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and on-site operations

• Engage with donors, supporters, and the public to share campaign goals and encourage participation

• Manage promotional materials, event supplies, and communications to ensure smooth event flow

• Collect and update donor data; assist with reporting and post-event follow-up activities

• Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to drive event success

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop your outreach and event skills

Who You Are:

• Passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, or community service

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments

• Friendly, professional, and confident in face-to-face interactions

• A proactive team player who thrives in public-facing roles

• 18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Bonus: Experience in event coordination, hospitality, customer service, or fundraising is a plus but not required
