Assist with the planning and execution of charity events, fundraisers, and community outreach campaigns
Support event logistics including setup, registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and on-site operations
Engage with donors, supporters, and the public to share campaign goals and encourage participation
Manage promotional materials, event supplies, and communications to ensure smooth event flow
Collect and update donor data; assist with reporting and post-event follow-up activities
Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to drive event success
Participate in training sessions and team meetings to develop your outreach and event skills
Passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, or community service
Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in fast-paced environments

18+ years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
