Job Description
The Hoffmann Sr. Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven, motivated, coachable entrepreneurs to become a part of our team and help in protecting families across the nation with various forms of life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement.
This is a commission based sales position with uncapped commission being paid daily. - Part-Time Agent: 15-20 hours per week and have the potential to make $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year.
- Full Time Agent: 30-35 hours per week and have the potential to make $80,000-$180,000+ in the first year.
There is opportunity for agents to build their own team and obtain contractual ownership of their own agency if they choose to do so. This allows agents to create passive income for themselves and build a legacy for their family.
What we DO: - Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents.
- Virtual as well as in-person training.
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage.
- Meet virtually with families and protect them through various life and health products.

Qualifications: - Ability to obtain life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
