Erico Technologies LLC is a leading technology company based in Michigan, USA. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.
As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's daily operations and ensuring efficient communication and coordination between team members. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including but not limited to managing emails and calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and conducting research.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred, but we are also open to training the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for team members
- Organize and maintain documents, files, and records
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Manage calendars and reminders for team members
- Communicate and coordinate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Slack or Trello
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
