Crete Veterinary Clinic is a well-established (40 years), progressive, fast paced mixed animal practice located in Crete Nebraska. We currently see 60% large animal and 40% small animal in the clinic. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, High Speed Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body radiology, Ultrasonography, Grooming, Vacation Boarding serving the larger region. The large animal practice consists of beef feedlot, mixed cow/calf, with some swine, small ruminant, and equine work. Our cow calf work includes pregnancy checking, ultrasound work, bull fertility exams, calving season work and vaccination programs. The small animal practice includes examinations, dentals, and basic surgeries. Currently we have a small efficient support staff including a practice manager (also a Vet Tech), and a second technician that focuses on the small animal services and a part-time groomer.
Crete Veterinary Clinic is located in Crete, Nebraska. The proximity to Lincoln allows for easy commute to shopping, entertainment while still enjoying a rural setting. Crete and Lincoln public schools are well regarded, making it an ideal area to raise a family! A courteous and efficient veterinary practice manager to coordinate and manage all office administration procedures. The veterinary practice manager’s responsibilities include ordering, inventory management, coordinating schedules, resolving conflicts among office staff members, training of staff members, and all other aspects which keeps the practice operating efficiently. You should also be able to answer pet owners' questions regarding clinic policies, appointment availabilities, and treatment costs.
To be successful as a veterinary practice manager, you should be patient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking. Ultimately, an outstanding veterinary practice manager should be able to communicate effectively with pet owners and veterinary staff members as well as demonstrate exceptional management, organizational, and customer service skills.
