Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio demonstrating your UI/UX prowess can speak volumes.
  • Proven experience in a software design setting, with 3-6 years of crafting intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, and a solid grasp of interaction design patterns.
  • A deep understanding of accessibility standards and front-end development principles, ensuring that our products are inclusive and technically sound.
  • Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, capable of producing aesthetically pleasing and functionally effective designs.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, enabling you to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Familiarity with the unique cultural and technological landscape of Long Beach, leveraging local insights to enhance user engagement.
  • A passion for the beachside community, with an ability to draw inspiration from the vibrant Long Beach environment.
