We are seeking a UX Designer to join our team.This role will involve creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences that align business goals with user needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in UI/UX design, Figma, wireframing, prototyping, and user research , and a passion for crafting beautiful, functional, and accessible digital products .

As a UX Designer , you will play a vital role in shaping the user experience across multiple digital products and platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user interfaces that are both visually appealing and highly functional. The UX Designer will utilize Figma and other design tools to conceptualize, prototype, and iterate on innovative design solutions that improve usability and overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:User Experience Design & Strategy
Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, ensuring all designs align with brand standards and user needs.
Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate concepts.
Translate business requirements and user feedback into design solutions that enhance engagement and usability.
Collaboration & Communication
Partner with product managers and developers to ensure feasibility and alignment between design and implementation.
Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
Work closely with development teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution of design deliverables.
Design Systems & Standards
Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components in Figma.
Ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all digital experiences.
Stay current with UX/UI trends, best practices, and emerging tools to continuously improve design quality.
Innovation & User Advocacy
Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to propose design improvements and optimize workflows.
Advocate for design thinking methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a UX Designer , UI/UX Specialist, or Product Designer.
Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and collaborative design.
Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision (preferred).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability best practices.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and implementing feedback into design solutions.
Excellent visual design skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
