Job Description

• Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with e-commerce channels and customers through meetings, site visits, and communications.
• Support preparation of sales forecasts and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Create, update, and post content on the company website and social media accounts.
• Help gather and analyze marketing data (web analytics, rankings, etc.) to support campaigns.
• Assist in managing and creating marketing literature to enhance brand presence.
• Relay customer and consumer feedback to internal teams (R&D, Production, Quality, etc.).
• Stay updated on food trends to support new product development and recipe improvements.
• Participate in weekly/monthly sensory tastings and provide feedback on product quality.
• Support participation in nationwide food shows and roadshows as brand ambassadors.
• Assist the Sales & Marketing team with new sales initiatives and other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree.

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, and the food industry.

• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms.

• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (required)

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

This is an unpaid internship.

Hybrid schedule: 2-3 days per week, with full onsite participation required.

Duration: 3 months Commitment with the potential for full-time consideration based on performance.
