We’re currently hiring a Transition Team Lead to supervise project crews in the field and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and with care. What You’ll Do
As a Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading a team on-site during relocation, downsizing, or estate cleanout projects
• Assigning daily tasks, training new team members, and providing direction
• Communicating with clients and office staff to ensure quality service
• Handling logistics like organizing supplies, setup, and job site wrap-up
• Ensuring safety, professionalism, and respectful treatment of clients’ belongings
• Documenting hours worked, issues, or updates after each shift

What We’re Looking For
✅ At least 1 year of experience supervising teams (moving, warehouse, retail, home services, or similar fields preferred)
✅ Strong communication and people skills
✅ Ability to lift 25–30 lbs, climb stairs, and work on your feet
✅ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
✅ Flexibility to work weekdays, with occasional weekends
