Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering or related majors. Familiar with the design theory of PV racking systems; candidates with relevant work experience are preferred. Familiar with tools related to structural analysis, modeling and design, and possess force simulation analysis capabilities; able to optimize the performance of racking in terms of light weight, wind resistance and earthquake resistance. Understand building load codes and relevant standards in the PV industry. Possess strong logical thinking and innovative design capabilities, as well as the ability to independently solve complex problems. Good communication and collaboration skills, able to efficiently connect and implement work with the project team. Responsible for the development of photovoltaic (PV) products and structural design, including but not limited to ground-mounted PV racking, rooftop PV racking, etc. Based on project requirements, complete the design modeling, structural analysis and optimization of PV racking. Prepare project design drawings and technical documents, and participate in the formulation and review of technical solutions. Solve technical problems arising during the production and installation of racking products, and promote optimization and improvement. Track the development trends of relevant technologies in the industry to support the company's technological iteration.
