Staff Accountant – Launch Your Career with Impact
Location: Arlington, VA (4 days on-site, 1 remote)
Compensation: $80,000 base + 25% annual bonus
Schedule: Full-time

What You’ll Do

• Own key pieces of the month-end close and financial reporting process
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support audit readiness
• Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate financial data flow
• Dive into AP/AR, GL maintenance, and process improvement initiatives
• Get hands-on exposure to NetSuite, Salesforce, and advanced Excel tools

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Internship or up to 2 years of accounting experience (bonus points for NetSuite/Salesforce)
• A sharp eye for detail and a hunger to learn
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
