Our client is seeking a Special Education Teacher in Tucson, AZ.
This is a full school day hours opportunity with our client.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field.
* Valid teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education.
* Special Education Teacher Certification with preferred endorsement of Hearing impaired or Visually Impaired

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Develop IEPs: Create individualized plans with adaptations for hearing or visual needs per Arizona standards.
* Adapt Materials: Modify resources to ensure accessibility, using assistive technology as needed.
* Collaborate with Teams: Work with staff, specialists, and families to provide cohesive support.
* Assess and Report Progress: Regularly evaluate student growth, updating records to meet state requirements.
* Specialized Instruction: Teach skills specific to visual or hearing impairments, such as braille or ASL.
