Our awesome Solar Consultants do well for themselves:

• $40k base salary with full benefits and 401k
• Excellent commission structure earning you as much as 7%
• Quarterly bonuses that can earn you more than $300 ea. for all your projects sold

This position is perfect for those that are driven to succeed and do whatever it takes. Our marketing team adds qualified appointments directly to our Solar Consultants calendars - you’ll get plenty of opportunities, but we also expect that you fill your time with activities that will help you become a success to the tune of $200,000+ . We have Consultants that are already doing it and that are happy to share their secrets for success.

As a Simply Solar Consultant, you will:

• Run in-home and virtual appointments 
• Develop effective referral/self-generation sales strategies 
• Generate solar system designs and proposals 
• Follow up consistently with prospects and signed customers to create positive outcomes for all

Requirements

• Proven track record in solar sales
• Outstanding closing and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Integrity, honesty, and a strong desire to create a positive homeowner experience 
• High proficiency with computers and online tools 
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including weekend and evening hours
• Valid CA driver’s license and clean driving record
• Current HIS license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check 
• Reliable and always available transportation
• Fluent in Spanish preferred

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Estimating experience
• College degree
