The Retirement Plan Specialist serves as an administrative resource for the Retirement Plan Services Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists with various reporting needs and research.
• Prepares documents needed for opening new accounts and ensures the New Account Procedure is followed.
• Assists with electronic and print presentation materials for client and prospect meetings.
• Completes required administrative reviews for all Retirement Plan Services accounts.
• Assists sales team with prospecting research and plan benchmarking.
• Supports miscellaneous projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• A combination of education and experience which is typically attained with a bachelor's degree and 1 year related experience.
• Retirement plan knowledge preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with internal partners in the development and servicing of Retirement Plan clients.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Excellent time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
