Respiratory Therapy Manager

Position Description :

Join our leadership team as a Respiratory Therapy Manager, overseeing inpatient and outpatient cardiopulmonary services, including cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. This role ensures safe, high-quality respiratory care while guiding a skilled team, maintaining staff competency, and driving compliance with all regulatory standards. As a key liaison between patients, physicians, and hospital leadership, the Manager supports collaboration and timely communication to optimize patient outcomes. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this leader plays an essential role in advancing excellence within the Cardiopulmonary Department

Department Stats: 

• Respiratory Team:  6 full-time and 3 per diem
• Facilities: 1 hospital and 3 clinics
• Utilize Block Scheduling for the department.
• Overseas: outpatient cardiac rehab, pulmonary rehab, Sleep Lab and other outpatient cardiopulmonary testing.

Position Requirements :

• Current unencumbered NBRC RRT Certification and State Health Authority RRT license is required.
• Current American Heart Association ACLS and BLS certification is required.
• You must obtain PALS or ENPC, and TNCC certifications within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience working as an RRT in an acute care and/or emergency setting is required.
• Recent progressive leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Can be hands-on as need to handle Cardiopulmonary Interventions.
