American Income Life (AIL) is seeking a  motivated and goal-driven Producer  to join our growing remote team. You’ll work directly with clients to help them navigate their  personal insurance needs , providing education, guidance, and exceptional service every step of the way.

At AIL, we’re not your typical insurance agency—and we don’t pay like one either.  No cold calling. No lead costs.  We provide  qualified leads at no charge , offer  no-cost benefits to every member , and pay out policies immediately.

Your Day-to-Day

• Apply the  AIL Sales Philosophy  to achieve monthly sales goals
• Convert inbound prospects into long-term, multi-line clients
• Manage and follow up on leads promptly
• Maintain accurate client workflows and records
• Learn the ins and outs of our product offerings (training provided — no experience required!)
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative remote team culture
