Corrections RN / Registered Nurse Pay:

• $2,182 weekly gross working 36 hours
• Local and Travel pay packages both available based on eligibility
• Weekly direct deposit
• W2 position with benefits available; Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K

Schedule and Timeline:

• Now interviewing for ASAP start dates!
• 13-week assignment with the potential to extend
• 12-hour Night shifts
• 36 hours weekly with the potential to pick up overtime

Corrections RN / Registered Nurse Job Details:

• Provide healthcare services to inmates.
• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and medical evaluations
• Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, documenting all patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients in critical situations.
• Educate inmates about health issues, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to improve their overall well-being.
• Participate in health promotion and disease prevention programs within the correctional facility.
• Treat inmates for chronic health issues, trauma, infection, and substance abuse.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of patient care.

Corrections RN / Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• BLS certification
• Unencumbered Colorado or Compact RN License
• 1+ years of Corrections nursing experience is required
