Description We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the ideal candidate will embody our professional standards and deliver exceptional customer service. The Receptionist will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our front office and will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient environment. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Manage and schedule appointments for staff and clients.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials or equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Positive attitude and a customer-oriented mindset.
