Receptionist

Location: Tampa, 33610 – This position is onsite

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Type: Direct hire

Schedule:  M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST

Job description:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming presence at the front desk.
2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously to the appropriate departments or personnel.
3. Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and maintaining organized records.
4. Support various departments with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area while representing the company with professionalism, politeness, and a customer-first attitude.

Requirements:

• Must have recent administrative/front desk/receptionist background
• Must have strong tenure (2-3 years at each employer)
• Must have professional communication skills and appearance – Face of the company
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
