Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing Certification (ANCC) preferred, but not required.
Psychiatric nursing experience required .
BSN: Minimum 1 year psychiatric experience
ADN: Minimum 3 years psychiatric experience
Previous experience in a behavioral health setting strongly preferred.
Must demonstrate proficiency using computers and electronic devices necessary for documentation and care delivery.
Current RN licensure (in good standing).
ANCC Psychiatric Nursing Board Certification preferred, but not mandatory.
Provide nursing services to assigned consumers in accordance with Pathways policies and procedures .
Support consumers receiving medications by collaborating with and assisting prescribers .
Maintain accurate and timely documentation , following established care plans.
Serve individuals across the lifespan— children, youth, adults, and elderly —with physical and mental health needs .
