Accountabilities:

· Lead and inspire a high-performing team focused on driving student employment outcomes.

· Collaborate with campus and centralized teams to enhance student success initiatives and optimize workflows.

· Translate business requirements into efficient processes, tools, and actionable user stories.

· Develop and manage project plans, reporting systems, and dashboards to ensure timely and successful delivery.

· Oversee audits, training, and compliance to maintain quality and consistent student support.

· Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and vendors to address issues and achieve program goals.

· Coach and develop team members, recognizing achievements and fostering professional growth.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted.

· 3–5 years of project management, business analysis, or related experience.

· Strong analytical, decision-making, and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting and facilitating for diverse audiences.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio).

· Skilled in organizing, planning, problem-solving, and fostering collaboration across diverse teams.

· Comfort with technology, data analysis, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

· Demonstrated ability to build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and drive measurable outcomes.
