We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our production team in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow, maintaining organization, and assisting with various tasks that contribute to the overall success of our production processes.
Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating and managing production schedules.
Support the team in preparing materials and equipment for production.
Monitor and maintain inventory and supplies.
Ensure all production areas are organized and comply with company standards.
Help with documentation, reporting, and tracking of production activities.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks and systems.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with production tools and processes.
