We are seeking a Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This role will involve working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and integrations, supporting payroll, HR, and benefits modules. The ideal Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will have strong technical and functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, experience with integrations, and a deep understanding of business processes in HR and Payroll.

Job Description

As a Oracle HCM Functional Consultant , you will be responsible for gathering requirements, designing solutions, and delivering high-quality configurations and integrations within Oracle HCM Cloud. The Oracle HCM Functional Consultant will work closely with business and technical teams to ensure seamless implementations and optimal system performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong knowledge in NA Payroll, Canada Payroll, Absence, Core HR, and Benefits.
2. Develop and manage BIP reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and real-time integrations with third-party applications using REST-based services.
3. Utilize SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, report creation, and performance tuning.
4. Lead requirement-gathering sessions and design HCM Cloud solutions, including setups and security configurations.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and develop integration and reporting requirements.
6. Present proposed solutions to clients and technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Essential Skills

• Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant
• Hands-on knowledge of NA Payroll, Canada Payroll, Absence, Core HR, and Benefits
• Expertise in BIP Reports, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
• Proficiency with REST APIs for integration
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL skills, including performance tuning
• Experience with requirement gathering, solution design, and setup configuration
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Desirable Skills

• Experience with other HCM Cloud modules or tools
• Exposure to automation or advanced reporting
