We are currently seeking a Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

PURPOSE
Functional Analyst for SCM (Operations) Domain of Oracle Application EBS R12.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, build, and implement functional and technical solutions which meet desired business, functional and non-functional requirements
Provide Functional & Testing experience in the areas of Supply Chain, Distributions, Manufacturing.
Assesses project impact of system changes on users and internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Identify risks and benefits of alternate designs; calculates costs/benefits of potential actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI.
Ability to identify and address root cause of production problems, and a strong background in resolving application support issues.
Ability to formulate and document requirements, design specifications, and test plans for extensions to Supply Chain applications which include, reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.
Accurately prepare written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional, and engaging.
Follow through with commitments and assume additional responsibilities without being asked
Provide weekly status reports.
Open and manage SR service request ticket
Help facilitate resolution on Period closures issues

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Over 10+ Years – Experience in EBS R12 SCM Modules including Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, Shipping modules
Must have EBS R12 Implementation and support project experiences.
Should have working knowledge on Assemble to Order, Pick to Order, Back to Back orders.
Knowledge on Configurator, Advanced pricing, AME will be an added advantage.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
Working knowledge on SQL and basic PLSQL
Experience in understanding Oracle Apps Data Model for the Order Management, Advanced Pricing and Shipping Execution. Key API's and data flow between modules, tables, Order Management Workflows.

OTHER COMPETENCIES
Good Communication and good documentation skills. Must know how to work in Onsite-offshore model.
Must have good knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
Must be good in troubleshooting and must be able to work independently without additional help.
Should have good Analytical and debugging skills.

WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
INTERNAL – Candidate needs to work with the technical counterpart and other functional team members.

EXTERNAL – Candidate needs to collaborate with the Business Process Engineering team and external vendor partners.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Enforce and manage project deadlines and schedules
Participate in all phases of system implementation including requirements gathering, functional and technical design, system design and development, testing and roll-out and support

Shift Time :

Resource availability until 1am IST shift
