Job Description

Prestigious New York–based real estate firm seeks a polished and highly discreet Corporate Server/Butler to provide impeccable, white-glove hospitality service to senior executives and distinguished guests within its Manhattan corporate office. This individual will embody the firm’s commitment to excellence, ensuring every interaction and service touchpoint reflects the utmost professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Working in close collaboration with the existing Hospitality Manager and executive service team, the Server will deliver seamless, anticipatory, service across all meetings, meals, and daily operations. This is a Monday through Friday, full-time, on-site position, with hours beginning at approximately 6:30am and concluding between 2pm and 6pm, with occasional later evenings as needed.

The ideal candidate will be naturally discreet and deeply respectful of confidentiality. They must be intuitive and observant with the ability to read the room and anticipate need, taking great pride in service excellence and presentation. This individual must remain flexible, composed, and responsive to shifting priorities while maintaining a collaborative, hands-on, and team-oriented approach in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver white-glove food and beverage service for executives and guests, ensuring impeccable etiquette, discretion, and polish at all times
  • Anticipate the needs of senior leaders and guests, providing seamless service without disruption to meetings or operations
  • Prepare and maintain executive meeting rooms, including table settings, glassware, and refreshments, to the firm’s exacting standards
  • Coordinate with executive assistants, facilities, and reception teams to ensure timely and discreet execution of service
  • Manage, organize, and replenish inventories of premium beverages, tableware, and service items; uphold pristine presentation across all hospitality areas
  • Support the Hospitality Manager and service team during executive lunches, VIP meetings, and special events
  • Maintain an atmosphere of quiet efficiency and professional composure throughout the day
  • Demonstrate the highest level of discretion and confidentiality when serving executives and guests
  • Provide occasional support for internal events, board meetings, and high-level receptions

Requirements:

  • Strong command of the English language with outstanding writing and verbal communication skills; professional email and correspondence proficiency
  • Excellent references from both current and previous employers required
  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in fine dining, private service, or luxury corporate hospitality
  • Strong knowledge of formal service etiquette, including silver service and beverage presentation
  • Background in corporate environments, private households, luxury hotels, or yachts strongly preferred
  • Polished, calm, and attentive demeanor with the ability to anticipate needs seamlessly
  • Impeccable grooming, professional appearance, and refined communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to adapt to evolving executive schedules
  • Polished, poised, and professional in both mindset and manner, exercising utmost discretion at all times
  • Proficient in basic office and communication tools (e.g., Outlook, Teams); technology fluency not required but valued
  • Formal butler or silver service certification preferred
  • Ability to translate fine dining and luxury hospitality standards into a corporate office environment
  • Flexible schedule with willingness to work occasional evenings as needed
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 per annum
