Bingham & Taylor is growing and hiring across multiple production roles on our expanding second shift.
Open roles
- Mold Operator – Operate molding equipment, verify setups, and ensure molds meet production specs.
- Pour Deck Operator – Manage molten metal pours into molds with precision and strict safety practices.
- Core Room Operator – Build accurate sand cores; confirm dimensions and integrity for downstream use.
- Grinder Operator (Cleaning Room) – Grind, clean, and finish castings to quality standards.
- Team Leads – Guide third-shift production teams, coordinating workflow, quality, and safety.
Schedule & compensation
- Hours: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 4:00 AM
- Starting Pay: $17.50/hour + shift differential
