Medical Appointment Scheduler
Location: Lewisville, TX | Onsite

• $18.50/hour
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• W2 employment
ROLE IMPACT
Step into a pivotal position with a top outpatient diagnostics provider where you'll directly support patients in accessing crucial healthcare services. In this front-line role, you’ll manage appointment scheduling, navigate high call volumes, and maintain accurate records—all while delivering compassionate and detail-oriented service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate diagnostic imaging appointments using internal scheduling software
• Input patient demographics, insurance, and billing data with precision
• Communicate procedural and location details to patients and referring providers
• Manage large call volumes efficiently while navigating multiple systems
• Liaise with referring offices to secure documentation and resolve scheduling barriers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1-3+ years related healthcare scheduling for multiple locations, medical terminology, physician billing and/or healthcare support experience required.
• Proven ability to perform in high-volume call environments
• Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
• Bilingual communication skills a plus

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience with centralized or multi-location scheduling
• Knowledge of healthcare or diagnostic terminology
