Responsibilities:

• Independently perform repairs with minimal supervision, assuming increased responsibility for repair quality and completion.
• Demonstrate exemplary performance by providing proactive leadership and support to the service department.
• Mentor and develop technicians to enhance team capability and performance.
• Take full ownership of challenging customer concerns while representing the company with integrity.
• Engage with customers professionally, ensuring clear communication and exceptional service.
• Instill customer confidence in the solutions and support.
• Travel to other branches, customer sites, partner dealers, and facilities for assignments or training as needed.
• Work alternate or extended shifts based on workload and customer requirements.
• Perform field service assignments as directed by management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience:

• Associate’s degree or one-year technical certificate.
• 5 years’ industry experience.
• Experience with metals and proficiency with Caterpillar methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints. 
• Ability to perform repairs and fabrication.
