Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services. We are currently seeking Full-time and Part-time Night Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team at Western Correctional Institution located in Cumberland, Maryland.

Salary range: $31.25-$42/ per hour, depending on years of experience $5k sign on bonus for Full-time LPNs.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Available Shifts: Multiple shifts available!

Qualifications:

• Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Maryland.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
