Title: Legal Specialist (Paralegal)

Description
Seeking an experienced litigation paralegal to primarily support our litigation, claims, and regulatory functions.
• Litigation support experience, including coordination with counsel, document review, and case management
• Discovery experience, including collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and discovery requests
• Experience cite-checking; must be able to Bluebook
• Experience making exhibits and supporting filings
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with non-disclosure agreements is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn, work at a fast pace, and adapt to new subject matter areas
• Willingness to pick up tasks as needed to support a small in-house team
• Experience working both independently and as part of a small team
• Ability to maintain effective relationships across departments and with external legal teams
