SWA DALLAS OFFICE SEEKS EXPERIENCED LANDSCAPE DESIGNER (5 YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE)

Experience in Design Project Management and Construction Documentation Required

SWA Groups Dallas studio is seeking a talented and motivated Landscape Designer or Landscape Architect with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and with proven strength in design leadership project management and construction documentation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in landscape architecture (required); Similar degrees may be considered.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD RHINO/Sketch Up REVIT/BIM Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong graphic and presentation skills with the ability to produce compelling visuals and presentations.
  • Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing projects from concept through construction.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solver with a deep understanding of design documentation and constructability.
  • Experience in a range of project types and scales both public and private.
  • Proven ability in construction documentation specifications plant materials and coordination with consultants.
  • Interest or experience in business development and client relations.

Additional proficiency in the following is desirable:

  • BIM / Revit
  • Lumion D5 and other visualization platforms
  • Hand sketching
