Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist - Travel Position Location: Springfield, MO Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8s Days Pay: $2315/week Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Inpatient Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to provide therapy services to patients recovering from illness, surgery, or injury in a hospital rehab setting. The Physical Therapist will develop individualized treatment plans, help patients regain mobility and independence, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote optimal recovery outcomes. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about rehabilitation care. Key Responsibilities: * Evaluate patients’ physical function and develop tailored treatment plans. * Provide therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities. * Educate patients and families on recovery goals, home exercises, and safety strategies. * Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. * Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation staff to coordinate care. * Ensure compliance with facility standards, safety protocols, and ethical practices.
