Being a community team member means having the opportunity to be something more than an employee. It is an opportunity to serve and work with vision, meaning, and purpose. At our community you can both grow as a person and in your career. Great opportunities await!
Do you want to be part of a TEAM that changes lives?
“You can really make a difference in somebody’s life. It's a nice feeling. You can bring joy and make them light up, especially when your presence gives them joy. They notice when you aren’t there when you walk in and a resident says, “Oh my god, we’re so happy you’re here!” Or, “I missed your smile.” The residents really become your extended family.”- Brandywine Living Team Member
Do you find joy in providing experiences that go above and beyond expectations?
Does being a part of a team that provides the highest degree of personal attention and customer service sound good to you?
Do you enjoy working and collaborating with others?
