Morristown Nissan is seeking a skilled and motivated Express Level 2 Service Technician to join our team in Morristown, TN. In this role, you will perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the service team to diagnose issues efficiently and provide timely solutions to keep our customers on the road. Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles.
• Work efficiently to maintain service productivity and meet customer expectations.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding service needs and progress.
• Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience as an automotive service technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
• ASE certification or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
