**Executive Chef 2- Indian Cuisine Station Chef | Sodexo @ Broadcom - Palo Alto, CA**
Are you a culinary artist with a passion for authentic Indian cuisine? Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a talented **Executive Chef 2 - Indian Cuisine Station Chef** to lead one of our most vibrant stations at Broadcom in Palo Alto, CA.
Join a dynamic food service environment featuring:
+ A **state-of-the-art café** with 12 diverse food stations

+ A dedicated **Indian cuisine station** offering:
+ Meat and vegetarian entrées
+ Traditional Dal
+ Freshly baked Naan from a **tandoori oven**
**Incentives**
6am to 3pm Monday - Friday
**What You'll Do**
+ Craft and execute flavorful, authentic Indian menus
+ Lead a small team (1-2 hourly staff) with hands-on culinary excellence (80% of your time spent cooking)
+ Manage ordering, inventory, and menu planning
+ Bring creativity and consistency to every dish

**Qualifications & Requirements**
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
