What we are looking for: - Interior Designers/ Interior Architects with 2-3 years of experience
- Based in Washington, DC metro area
- Focus on Hospitality and Multifamily Residential Interior Design
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Exhibits design and technological sophistication, and is self-starting, energetic, organized and creative
- Excellent Revit, Enscape, AI Rendering tools, Photoshop, and InDesign skills
- Ability to work with the Senior Designer to develop strong design concepts and accurately document them in design presentations and construction documents
- Experience with space planning, FF&E selections, material selections
- Experience with in multifamily and/or large scale commercial workplace projects is a bonus
- Excellent 3D graphic rendering skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Valid work permit (USA)
What we prefer - LEED Green Associate and/or WELL accreditation (or progress towards this)
- Progress towards NCIDQ Certification or Architectural Licensure
