**Job Title: Drug Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** This position is non-exempt, with hours over 40 paid at time and a half. The role involves maintaining and operating drug manufacturing equipment, accurately weighing raw materials and active ingredients, and combining them into a blend. The technician is responsible for keeping the equipment and facility clean and well-maintained, participating in work order completion, including batch record documentation in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). **Responsibilities** + Maintain and operate drug manufacturing equipment. + Accurately weigh raw materials and active ingredients. + Combine raw materials and active ingredients into blends. + Ensure equipment and facility are clean and in good repair. + Complete work orders and batch record documentation per cGMP. + Follow and complete documentation accurately with minimal errors. + Complete cGMP and safety training in a timely manner. + Work independently or as part of a team, following procedures exactly. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma (HSD) or GED equivalent. + Experience in batch mixing, compounding, and production. + Knowledge of cGMP practices. + Ability to follow procedures with precision. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in blending, batching, and chemical processes. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where professional growth is encouraged.
