Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes to discuss their project needs
• Present custom design solutions for windows, sunrooms, and baths
• Use a proven sales process to guide customers from design to purchase
• Build relationships with homeowners and earn their trust as their design expert
• Manage your appointments, follow up on leads, and close deals
• Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth project hand-offs

• In-home sales experience preferred but not required
• Background in home remodeling, construction, or design is a plus
