Your Mission: Transform customer requirements into seamless production workflows while delivering exceptional service .

Your Core Impact Areas:

Customer Success Champion

• You'll ensure every order confirmation and delivery timeline is accurate and timely
• You'll proactively communicate to prevent issues before they impact customers

Data & Process Expert

• You'll master our order management system to enter and maintain critical customer data
• You'll translate customer orders into production-ready instructions
• You'll track and monitor order progress, catching potential delays before they happen

Cross-Functional Collaborator

• You'll work closely with sales, scheduling, and production teams as a trusted partner
• You'll maintain organized digital records that keep everyone informed
• You'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency

What You Bring to the Table

Essential Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is a plus – we value continuous learning!)
• 1-3 years of customer service experience with a focus on data entry or order management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort learning new systems
• Natural attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
