Network Engineer
Location: Philadelphia, PA - on-site 4 days a week
Duration : 12 months
Core Skills:
5-10 years of operations:
Networking (Cisco, Juniper etc - Strong Skills) Linux (Strong) Systems troubleshooting (Strong) Kubernetes (Optional - good to have)
Scripting / Programming (Optional)
Contractor role will be responsible for following existing processes dealing with VCMTS and RPHY turn ups across the country.
Engineer is part of the NGAN Operations team that is responsible for vCMTS Platform Stand up Software installation, system and network maintenance
Work is performed in a 24/7 ops environment. Must be available to work weekends and holidays on an on call calendar rotation basis, like rest of the team.
Work related experience
3+ years of production operations experience in a 24x7 Environment.
