About the Job

Assessment and treatment of children with Occupational Therapy and/or Feeding Therapy need.

Guaranteed Salary whether patients reschedule, cancels, or no show! We take care of our team so they can take care of our patients! We are looking for fantastic SLPAs (and SLPs) to join a close-knit team of brilliant and caring STs and OTs in a Private Practice!

Desired Skills: 

• At least one year of pediatric occupational therapy experience, preferably in a clinic setting. 
• Active Listening -- Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
• Organization and Time Management Skills

About IICA Speech

IICA Speech was formed in 2004 by founder, Amy Haught. We provide speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy. We began in the south bay and currently have clinics in San Jose CA, Roseville CA, and Kalispell/Whitefish MT. We currently have a clinical staff of 18 with lots of support from our admin team of 10.
