Premier Disability Services is looking for Call Center Representativesto join our growing Minneapolis, MN-based team! This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Premier Disability Services, LLC, Center Representatives have the opportunity for long-term advancement - all while changing people’s lives for the better. 

About this Role

In this role, you will provide high-quality phone support to attorney clients. You’ll follow an established process to gather information, document responses, and follow up with potential new clients on a regular basis.

Terms:Full-Time. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. 
Hours of operation:Monday through Friday 8am – 8pm

Location:Office located in Brooklyn Park, MN

Compensation:For remote employees, we offer $16/hr. In office employees, we offer $20/hr. You will have the opportunity to earn up to $500/month in bonuses based on performance metrics

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to clients who are requesting our services
• Answer incoming calls from potential clients
• Providing accurate information to clients regarding their case
• Convey the benefits of the Premier Disability services
• Gather information, document responses, and keep a detailed record of all customer interactions in our CRM database

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Professional phone manners and a friendly attitude
• Active listening skills and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle client objections and de-escalate challenging situations
• Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly
• Ability to navigate and multitask across multiple systems and using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM) in a proficient manner
• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50 WPM
