Position Overview
We are seeking a Business Office Manager to support our growing operations at our warehouse and office location. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented generalist who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, managing administrative and financial workflows, and learning new systems and processes.
The successful candidate will play a central role in office operations, bookkeeping support, coordination with leadership, and day-to-day business administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations for the warehouse and administrative office
- Perform bookkeeping and accounting support using QuickBooks (moderate skill level)
- Create, edit, and manage documents using Microsoft Word (policies, SOPs, letters, reports)
- Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and expense tracking
- Assist with vendor communications
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate inventory, deliveries, and office/warehouse supplies
- Serve as a general administrative resource for leadership and operations
- Learn new systems, tools, and procedures as the organization grow
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting, templates, document creation)
- Moderate experience with QuickBooks (online or desktop)
- Proven experience in an office management, administrative, or accounting support role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
