Salary: $75,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• I am looking for an individual with experience in business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
• You should possess proficiency in relational databases and tools like SQL Server Management Studio.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and visualization capabilities are essential.
• A solid understanding of business analysis concepts and data design is required.
• You must have excellent problem-solving skills and a natural curiosity for digging into data.
• Effective time and project management abilities, along with the capacity to manage shifting priorities, are necessary.
• A collaborative nature is vital; you should thrive in team environments and enjoy partnering across departments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy are crucial.
• Industry knowledge is appreciated but not mandatory; a passion for RVs, camping, recreation, cars, or trucks will be considered a bonus.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is expected.
• Prior experience as a Reporting Developer or BI Developer is necessary.
• Familiarity with development lifecycles and a broad understanding of business functions will benefit you.

Responsibilities:

• I need you to accurately collect, model, and manage data for various business reports.
• You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visual reports that provide meaningful insights.
• It’s important that you build and optimize systems to support scalable reporting processes.
• You should examine and troubleshoot existing reports to resolve any data or design issues.
• Collaborating across different departments to understand goals and provide analytical support will be a significant part of your role.
• You will translate complex data into clear, understandable narratives that inform our business strategies.
