RoofClaim is on the hunt for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as an Appointment Setter! This role is perfect for those looking to jumpstart their sales career with hands-on experience in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our roofing services, and setting appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce RoofClaim's services and generate interest.
• Qualify leads through a set script and effective communication skills.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team based on customer availability and interest.
• Document all interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of leads.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets and areas for outreach.

Requirements

• No prior sales experience required – we are looking for motivated individuals with a desire to learn!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
• Positive attitude and resilient mindset, with a willingness to embrace rejection as part of the learning process.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
