• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders to support Salesforce implementation needs.
• Analyze and map existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities using Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and developers to review configurations and track minor change requests.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including user stories, requirement specifications, and training materials.
• Assist in planning and executing user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Provide user support and conduct basic Salesforce training sessions to enhance end-user adoption.
